Akobo Minerals AB (publ) (the “Company”) announces that the total number of shares has increased by 55 000 to 34 487 940 in the Company as of May 5, 2021 as a result of registration with the Swedish Companies Registration Office of new shares subscribed for on the basis of warrants issued 2018-08 -31. The company’s share capital increased by SEK 2 043,80 to SEK 1 281 568,918237. All shares in the Company are of the same type.

Akobo Minerals AB (publ) (”Bolaget”) meddelar att det totala antalet aktier ökat med 55 000 till 34 487 940 i Bolaget per den 5 maj 2021 till följd av registrering hos Bolagsverket av nya aktier tecknade med stöd av teckningsoptioner utgivna 2018-08-31.
