Jørgen Evjen is the Chief Executive Officer of Akobo Minerals AB. He is an experienced executive with a background in strategy, finance, governance and external relations. He has previously held senior positions at Piano Software, Norsk Gjenvinning and Enfo Energy, and has a background as a corporate finance advisor at Carnegie. Jørgen Evjen works closely with the Board and the in‑country management team to develop the Company’s operations in Ethiopia.
General Manager, Etno Mining
Tamiru Hailu is the General Manager of Etno Mining in Ethiopia. He has extensive experience in operational management and project coordination within the mining sector. In his role, he is responsible for day‑to‑day operations and administrative functions, and works closely with executive management and key stakeholders to support the Company’s activities in Ethiopia.
