Hans Olav Torsen is an experienced board member with a background in corporate development, M&A and corporate finance. He has held senior roles within international industrial and technology‑oriented companies and has extensive experience from board and advisory positions.

Carl Eide has more than 20 years of experience across a range of industries, including senior executive and board roles. He is an active investor through a family office and has broad experience from business development and financial oversight.

Wondwossen Zeleke is a Chemical Engineer with more than 30 years of experience from Ethiopia’s mining and oil & gas sectors. He has held senior roles at the Lega Dembi Gold Mine under MIDROC, where he was involved from commissioning through to management level. He later served as General Manager of Africa Oil Ethiopia B.V., a subsidiary of Africa Oil Corporation (Lundin Group). Wondwossen Zeleke brings extensive industry experience and strong local knowledge to the Board.
